PRSAA

Everyone agrees  that the standard of the tennis teaching professional need to be raised and that the providers are the key to growing the game.

Yet we are still stuck trying to teach a modern pro with traditional tools and strategies.  Online education has become standard across the board, but it is still the same education (using traditional content).

Modern pros can't succeed through traditional means and the ones that get it are the ones that are thriving along with their programs.

So what is the problem?  What is missing and how can we equip the modern tennis professional with the tools and the strategies needed to make tennis a career both on and off the court.

The industry has fallen behind and continues to use traditional tools in a modern environment and it is very difficult to find a pro that is qualified to fill positions that will grow an area let alone a program.

Welcome to the PRSAA where we will educate, equip and engage with today's modern professional.

Modern Tools For The Modern Provider

The modern provider should be equipped with modern tools that will allow them to educate and engage with their audience.  PRSAA equips pros and providers giving them the ability to market and collaborate with their customers and partners.

PRSAA will create turn-key solutions for the busy professional by collaborating with world experts, leaders and coaches, providing them the leverage they need to be competitive and a revenue source off the court and out of the office.

USPTA and PTR Have large staffs and most of the employees have NOT worked as a tennis coach or as a provider.  PRSAA's staff all are or have been providers relating to racquet sports.

KEY leaders in all of te different areas will share in revenues (ex. Kovacs, O'Shannessy). Faculty will have to be approved and will have specific requirements (ex. 6 hrs live......)

Collaborate on Courses and Certifications Earning revenue for both parties.  This is what PTR and USPTA say, but they really sell sponshorship packages.  They are against others making money WITH them.

USPTA & PTR have minimal collaboration and is usually set-up to benefit the organization and not the expert.  PRSAA will collaborate and incentivize creating win-win for everyone involved.

Schultzie's Thoughts

PRSAA will have the ability to work with pros and their players by providing turn-key workshop formats that pros can charge for on top of what PRSAA charges to make extra revenue.

PRSAA will train and give metors full educational credit and allow for us to get a hold of prospective pros early in the pathway

Members Get 50%
Non-Memebers get 25%

$$Ex. 500 coaches to sign up each with 200 emails = 100,000 iw we convert at 4% = 4000 for $67 ($268,000) product and get 67% based on non members = 180,000

BAXTER, IAN, WILL, OShaunessany, JORGE (Honorary Members???)

400,000 players

400,000 x.02 = 8000 x 67 - $536,000 x 50% = 268,000

BONUSES - WE INCLUDE THEM AS INCENTIVES (Scarcity)

Affiliate Event Process Example

Pros don't have time or the know-how to create sites and online education.  They do know on-court and they do want to make more money off court.  PRSAA can help them do this without the knowledge of how.

These events can run quarterly and pros can choose between 4 courses (with on-court programming) introduced by a member of our faculty ( ex. drills, technique, tactics, mental).  All participating parties will share in the revenues.

Faculty member will play an active role in the event by making themselves available online at specific times to promote and answer questions from participants.

Example Event: Craig O'Shannessy - "Best Patterns for Club Players"

The Process

01 Webinar To Promote Pro Sign-Up

8 weeks before the start of a new series, pros can sign up to view a webinar on what is being offered, how this will be done turn-key for the pros a examples of the possible revenue they can make by just sending out an email that we write for them and tell them when to send out. Case studies of pros who have done this......If they are interested, they will sign up.

Pros will receive an email to sign up for a specific event and the details from the faculty member

02 Specific Event Webinars

Faculty will run a webinar on their program and take any recommendations into consideration (what pros want).  Classroom style explaining exactly how everything will work with included instructions on how to create their affiliate account and a deadline for sign-up.

Pros sign up for an event they want to promote to their members and their affiliate account

03 Promotion

PRSAA sends out email templates for pros to send to their members promoting the event.  This will be an email series that will include: Jeff Walker Style of Promotion of each event (Product Launch Formula) -
