Experience in all phases of 10 and Under Tennis development

  • Positive First Experience (PFE).
  • Providing equipment to players so they can play anywhere.
  • Relationships with "Key" school officials and local organizations.
  • Creating more awareness with kids who participate in "competing" sports and have their coaches "Buy- In."
  • Incorporate "Play Days" proper youth progression model (36 - 60 - 78 Pathway) into programs.
  • Incentivize kids to bring friends to social events creating awareness
  • Using the resources we have to provide a "Fun" environment with a strong desire to return.
  • Provide regular competitive events for participation credits ( formerly earned advancement).
  • PTR 10 and Under Certification for program lead.

Ability to create programming, serving the needs of the recreational/competitive player, providing pathways for both.

1. After School 2nd-3rd Grade Rallyball

  • ​Tennis at school after school

  • Play on teams with friends
  • Equipment provided

2. Summer Tennis/Sports Academy

  • ​Two-Week summer tennis/sports camp (or tennis only)
  • Racquets/balls included with registration
  • Soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, gymnastics, tae kwon do and baseball leaders introduce their sport and the benefits (one per day)
  • Incorporates LTAD model
  • Creates awareness to players in other "competing" sports.

3. Fall/Winter 10 and Under Tennis Pathway

  • ​Combined tennis, swimming and pizza format
  • Play Days
  • Junior Team Tennis
  • Junior Travel Matches (Non-competitive)
  • Junior Tournaments
  • Participation credits for juniors

Selected as one of the USTA's national pilot sites​, the resort was able to provide the USTA with feedback and results on ball type, court size, net size and scoring. (This is an old video).

National Campus Result 

  • Implementation of local 10 and Under Youth Progression Pathway (kids clubs, play days, JTT/tournaments)
  • Implement tennis in the community identifying key decision makers/officials
  • Create lasting relationships with these leaders. 
  • Ability to educate and train local volunteers, coaches and instructors
