Workflows
The following various workflows show how certain processes will work when various actions occur.
The main goal is to be able to guide players through a process automatically, while at the same time making it a personal experience by sending them content that they have a specific interest in and not overloading them with content that they do not.
Different sequences will occur based on the user and what they have expressed interest in and by the actions they take on a page or email, making it more personal and gaining trust in the process.
All of the registrants will be added to email lists or specific funnels (If they choose) and send them down a road of great quality content and a chance to sign up for membership.
Group Lesson Evaluation Demo
This may be an example of what students and teaching pros may be able to view to help them improve their group lesson teaching skills. It would be included on the USTAU/Teaching Pro site.
You can expand video in lower right to make it bigger if you prefer.
USTAU/Teaching Pro Demo Site Walk Through - Group Lesson Evaluation Page
This video will quickly walk you through a demo of what a teaching site might actually include.
This site is key for student/teaching pros and industry experts to communicate and learn from each other.
The Lesson evaluation video page (with the above video) is showcased as an example of content that would be available to USTA students and paid members.
You can always access this page by clicking the link www.tennisudemo.com
Student/Pro Comment and Administrative Sequence
This video will show you the process that would take place after a student/pro comments on a particular page.
These comments might be assigned to different pros on staff, the workshop presenter or a USTAU staff person that could answer or go to pros on the campus for answers.
Keeping in contact with students/pros will create a relationship that will keep them returning to the site for more content.
When USTAU students graduate, this interaction will help keep them focused on the national campus for future training and membership to the site.
Live Event/Workshop Sign-Up Demo
This workflow will show you what might happen when a student/teaching pro signs up for a live event of a workshop.
Each registrant in this example will get a custom URL that belongs to them.
The thank you page can be an image or a video. Fully customizable pages for branding purposes.
You can sign-up if you like to try it out by CLICKING HERE
Workshop Sign Up Sequence With Personal Follow-Up Based on Name and School
This video shows you how when a student/teaching pro signs up for a workshop, the confirmation email has personal elements in it based on how they filled the form out.
In this example, the student's name and school are automatically placed in the confirmation email.
This makes it more personal and helps build a relationship and make them easier to approach with membership offers....etc
Membership Site - Free and Paid Versions and How It Changes With Membership
This video shows what will happen if someone decides to sign-up for the paid version of a site.
The free version has amazing quality content, but the paid version will "Unlock" premium content and open up archives of past workshops that are even better,
It will also have a more personal touch as you will see after one signs up.
Elements Needed to Produce A Professional Looking Livestream
This video describes how each part of the livestream comes together to produce an event that is professional and make players want to sign-up and come back for more.
The elements in this video are just clips of various footage that I have personally done, but you should be able to understand how it can come together very easily.
There is a lot of great paid content out there. The more professional it looks the better chance there is of someone singing up for membership.
